BRISA Nessmuk 125 Knife
George Washington Sears was a man ahead of his time. He is often attributed with the birth of ultra-light camping, and in the 1880's wrote periodically for 'Forest and Stream' magazine under the pen name 'Nessmuk', who was a Native American that he knew as a child.
His name has been given to a style of knife with a characteristic hump, and was used by Washington Sears for slicing and skinning in the main, preferring to chop with a small axe. His three cutting tools were the Nessmuk, a small axe and a folding knife.
