Made the wrong decision and need to cancel your order?

No problem, but we do ask for you to contact us as soon as possible after checkout as once the order has been dispatched you will be liable for postage returns.  And no refund will be given until the items arrive back to us in unsoiled,  unopened condition.

If you have ordered via click and collect there's less of a rush but please let us know as we don't want to be holding items back for long periods of time.

If you are due a refund then please allow time for parcels to be returned and checked, however if you have cancelled before dispatch then refunds will usually be given within a 24hr period unless its over a bank holiday, national holiday or weekend.

Or do you need to just change the size/ colour etc?

If its just a straight forward replacement you need then please let us know what you would like to change, we can then arrange the replacement and shipping back to you. However you will be liable for the return shipping of the original item.


There may be a delay if the replacement item is out of stock.

Another choice may be offered if the item is out of stock or discontinued.

If none of the above are acceptable then a full refund will be given but you will be liable for shipping the original item back.

 Your also welcome to bring any items back into store.

Damaged Or Faulty Goods?

We try to check all items before dispatch, however if a damaged or faulty item slips through the net or gets damaged in transit then we will cover the costs for return and replacement. We may need you to provide proof of this by sending a photo. Your also welcome to bring any items back into store.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if after acceptance the goods set aside for such order are destroyed or damaged beyond repair and cannot be replaced. No order may be cancelled by the intending purchaser without the written consent of the Company. I.E an email in response to any cancellation requests by the buyer.
Providing goods have not been worn, altered or used and are returned within 7 days of receipt in original packaging and with all tags intact, a replacement can be sent or a refund issued. This is at the discretion of the Company and buyer remains liable for any carriage costs incurred, with the exception of the return of faulty or damaged goods.
