If an item is out of stock, can I still order it ?

Yes, you can still order it and checkout.  And once we have the item in stock we can dispatch it to you.  We will also keep you informed along the way with regards to any hold ups or issues.

Can I book an appointment out of hours?

Yes, as long as we are free we are happy to book a slot for you to come into the store in your own time.

What if I need to claim on a guarantee?

Easy, contact us by phone/email or pop in and see us and we can take it from there, All claims are dealt with as quick as possible, however sometimes we do have to be patient as shipping times and stock levels can sometimes slow things up. 

Are you easy to find?

Really easy, the postcode should lead your satnav straight to us

Can I collect in store? 

Yes, you most definitely can.

Is there parking at your store?

Yes, we have a couple of spaces outside of the store and there is no charge.

Is the store accessible for wheelchairs?

Yes, We are only a small store but there is enough room for turning a wheelchair and there is one small lip in the doorway but this shouldn't cause any problems.  However if it does we are there to help
