- Standard Delivery Charges -
£2.80 delivery charge for orders of the value £0.01 to £9.99
£4.00 delivery charge for orders of the value £10.00 to £69.99
European And International Delivery's-
Europe £12.99
International £24.99
Note that you the buyer are responsible for any relevant duties/ taxes when importing goods to your home country
These charges cover the vast majority of products but in the rare occasion extra charges may apply for larger/ more unusual shaped items like snowboards.
Notes-
Our standard delivery is generally second class tracked with royal mail/ parcel force this usually means delivery is within three days, however sometimes this can be slightly longer due to general delays, postal strikes and the like so please be patient and contact us if you have any concerns.
Highland addresses may take slightly longer.
Claims against lost parcels can not be made until 10 working days after the initial due date, these will then be dealt with as soon as possible.
