Dosage/ When & How to use?
Consume before and during exercise to maintain hydration and maximise your performance. Add one 37g serve to 500ml of water and mix well before use.
We recommend you consume one 500ml bottle every 60 minutes, before and during exercise to #Recharge. You can dilute the product with extra water if you wish.
